Beliefless Spirituality

We will continue our overview of beliefless spirituality and the attitudes that can form the primary basis for it. We will also have an initial discussion of the different ways that beliefless spirituality can be practiced, and the variety of benefits and drawbacks that come with engaging in it, both compared to not engaging in religious or spiritual practice, and compared to belief-based engagement in those practices. Finally, we'll discuss the methods used in this course, which will involve a combination of philosophical argumentation and appeal to empirical research.
